Our client was looking to innovate its direct sales function and wanted to better understand the best practices of digitalization and Generative AI in direct sales specifically in the US market.
Objective
The objective was to identify and understand best practices of financial advisory, insurance, brokerage, and direct-to-consumer firms in the US that have successfully undergone digitization and have started using Gen AI to support their direct sales.
