Situation
Our client was evaluating potential acquisitions of two ERP implementation companies serving SMB clients in the US.
Objective
The objective was to conduct voice-of-the-customer interviews with customers of the target companies to assess how its brand measures up to customer expectations and market competition.
Our Work
10EQS interviewed decision-makers across customer accounts of both target companies to assess the target company’s current offering, customer buying criteria, strengths & opportunities for improvement. 10EQS evaluated the competitive landscape and potential impact of market conditions in the event of an economic downturn. For one of the target companies, 10EQS also conducted a sprint analysis to assess the SMB ERP market landscape to determine how well positioned the target is to generate incremental revenue.
