Situation
Our client wanted to obtain insights on key telecommunication players in South East Asia, in order to explore business opportunities in the region and to inform their growth strategy development.
Objective
The first objective was to understand the key success factors of a major telecommunications player in one key region in South East Asia. It was then to be assessed whether a similar model can be horizontally deployed in another ASEAN country.
