Adriano is an accomplished executive, advisor and business angel, with a transformational leadership track record with several multi-national corporations and private entrepreneurial companies. He had worked in Ferrero, Coca Cola, Heineken, Unilever, Maxxium and Metro, across several countries and industries (FMCG Food & Beverage, Retail, On Trade, Direct selling, B2B and B2C).
Adriano is passionate about driving sustainable growth and business transformation, by leveraging the company intangible assets: brands, people know-how, customers and go-to-market, company network eco-system, innovation and analytics.
Adriano has a MA/BA degree in Economics from the University of Pavia (Italy) and the National Certification as “Chartered Accountant” from the University of Bergamo (Italy). At the beginning of his career, he had spent two years in the military environment, serving as Lieutenant Instructor at Finance Police National Academy (Bergamo, Italy). More recently, Adriano has completed an individual learning path combining several programs at Business School IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland) in the Strategy and Digital space.
